Job summary
GrabTaxi Holdings Pte. Ltd. seeks a senior systems engineer to manage endpoint and patching operations in Grab across regional teams from its Petaling Jaya office.
The role requires strong MDM experience and scripting skills to support OS/app lifecycle, with daily collaboration across vendors and internal partners. The successful candidate will report to the IT System Manager and drive end-to-end endpoint deployments, OS patching, and automation initiatives to improve system performance and
Qualifications
- At least 6 years of administration and operations experience across Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS and Android endpoints.
- Hands-on experience with MDM tools such as Jamf, Workspace ONE, Intune, JumpCloud and Google MDM.
- Proficient with MECM/Intune and Windows Autopilot, plus patch management and lifecycle handling.
Responsibilities
- Manage endpoints and patching using SaaS-based systems and define configurations.
- Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for support.
- Provide Level 2 & 3 IT operational support and coordinate vendor activities.
- Lead end-to-end endpoint deployment projects and ensure high-quality delivery.
