Job summary

Grabber Technology Solutions (GTS) seeks a senior systems engineer to own endpoint and patch management across Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS, and Android. You will deploy OS images, manage MDM, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational stability.

The role requires scripting skills and the ability to communicate updates to stakeholders. This onsite position offers collaboration with a diverse tech group and growth within Grab''s IT landscape.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of administration and operations experience with Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS, and Android endpoints, including Windows image deployment.
• Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools like Jamf, Workspace One, Intune, JumpCloud, and Google MDM.
• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MECM/Intune) and Windows Autopilot, with skills in OS and application patch management.
• Experience with at least two core platforms (MacOS, Windows, Linux) and familiarity with mobile OS (iOS and Android), plus Mobile Application Management (MAM).
• Experience implementing endpoint security configurations based on industry standards, PKI concepts, and knowledge of SSO and related protocols.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Bash, Shell, PowerShell, Python), and using AI tools to enhance coding efficiency and documentation quality.
• Experience in advanced troubleshooting, change management, incident management, and ITIL processes; CI/CD tooling would be a good addition.

Responsibilities

• Endpoint management via SaaS-based systems (Jamf, Workspace One, Digicert, JumpCloud).
• Software evaluation, testing, endpoint deployment and post-deployment support.
• OS patch management and application lifecycle management.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Automate tasks to maintain operational efficiency on the platform.
• Work with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to provide technical support.
• Provide Level 2 & 3 IT operational support; coordinate with vendors for support.
• Lead end-to-end endpoint deployments and improve system efficiency.
