Baxter Healthcare is hiring for a field sales role in Malaysia, focusing on achieving sales quotas for advanced surgery products and expanding accounts within a defined territory. You will engage surgeons and nurses, manage key accounts, and drive market growth.

The role requires 4+ years in sales, preferably in surgical environments, with strong communication and teamwork skills. A valid driving license and vehicle are advantageous as you may travel within the region.

Formación

• Bachelor of Nursing, Science or related field required.
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience; surgical experience an added advantage.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales quotas by directly selling advanced surgery products (Hemostat/Sealant/Adhesion Prevention).
• Prioritize selling activities via account/territory management and understanding key decision makers.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and disease state to reflect brand strength.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions via Salesforce.
• Coordinate and participate in major marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Monitor sales against forecasts and assess market potential for the territory.
