Baxter in Malaysia seeks a dynamic sales professional to drive volume and product mix for advanced surgical products. You will manage accounts and territories, focusing on surgeons and nurses, with emphasis on understanding stakeholders and maintaining detailed records in Salesforce.

The role targets achievement of quotas through direct product sales, requires strong communication and collaboration across functions, and promotes Baxter’s culture and compliance as part of daily activities.

Formación

• Bachelor of Nursing, Science or related field.
• 4+ years of sales experience, surgical experience is a plus.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented with teamwork across functions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral; strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales quotas by directly selling advanced surgery products and services (Hemostat/Sealant/Adhesion Prevention).
• Prioritize selling activities through account/territory management and understanding key decision makers.
• Maintain knowledge of product, disease state, and competitors to reflect brand strengths.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives, events, and promotions; document customer interactions in Salesforce.
