Job summary

StoreHub SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Executive to manage the daily supply chain desk for Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines. You will handle purchase orders, stock records, and vendor liaison while ensuring timely deliveries and accurate inventory control.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, purchasing, logistics operations, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience raising purchase orders and managing inventory using an ERP system.
• Experience with NetSuite is a strong advantage.
• Strong inventory-control skills and ability to reconcile physical stock against system records.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process daily sales orders and purchase orders in NetSuite for hardware, accessories, and consumables across Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines.
• Maintain accurate and complete records so that stock movements, purchases, and deliveries can be tracked and audited.
• Monitor stock levels and raise purchase orders when replenishment is needed.
• Coordinate stock transfers between locations and countries, ensuring transfer orders are recorded and completed accurately.
• Be the day-to-day contact for hardware and logistics partners on purchase orders, lead times, delivery issues, warranty claims, returns, and faulty units.
• Coordinate replacement units, repairs, and disposal of end-of-life hardware with Support and Field Engineering teams.
