Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a strategic Supply Chain Director to lead end-to-end supply chain programs, regional logistics, and operational excellence across APAC, with direct visibility to senior leadership.

The role requires a Master’s degree, 10+ years of leadership in multi-site environments, and hands-on experience with SAP, Lean Six Sigma, and data governance. You will build regional capabilities, drive digital platforms, ensure compliance, and mentor cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in SCM, Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• 10+ years of supply chain and logistics leadership in complex international environments.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end supply chain processes, implementing core model enhancements and lean methodologies.
• Manage logistics procurement, vendor performance, and compliance across networks.
• Oversee regional customs operations, risk mitigation, and tariff/origin classifications.
• Lead data architecture and governance for master data across platforms.
• Build regional capability by developing talent and cross-functional teams.
