Job summary

Analog Devices, a global semiconductor leader, is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to oversee quality across outsourced assembly and test suppliers. Collaborate with engineering, failure analysis, and operations to ensure high-quality products and timely responses to issues.

Role requires strong problem-solving, audit experience, and travel to supplier sites. You will drive containment, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions while promoting continuous supplier improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Engineering, Science, or equivalent.
• 7–10+ years in supplier quality, semiconductor manufacturing, assembly and test, or process quality.
• Strong knowledge of structured problem solving, root-cause analysis, 8D, 5-Why, CAPA.
• Interpret manufacturing data, failure analysis results, yield and defect Pareto trends.
• Experience with supplier audits, MRB reviews, change management.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, FMEA, ESD controls, automotive quality requirements.
• Proficient in English; willing to travel to OSAT sites.

Responsibilities

• Owns quality performance of OSAT suppliers and ensures compliance with ADI requirements.
• Acts as primary quality contact for assigned suppliers and coordinates with cross-functional teams.
• Drives supplier investigations, containment, and corrective actions.
• Promotes supplier quality improvement and risk identification across sites.
• Supports internal MRB reviews and customer audit activities.
