Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Engineering, Science, or equivalent.
• 7–10+ years of experience in supplier quality, semiconductor manufacturing, assembly and test, process engineering, product quality, or manufacturing quality.
• Strong knowledge of structured problem solving, root-cause analysis, 8D, 5-Why, corrective and preventive actions.
• Ability to interpret manufacturing data, failure-analysis results, yield performance, defect Pareto trends, and process capability.
• Experience with supplier audits, customer audits support, MRB reviews, and change management.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, FMEA, ESD controls, and Automotive quality requirements.
• Proficient in spoken and written English, cross-functional communication.
• Willing to travel to OSAT sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality investigations at OSAT suppliers and ensure timely containment and corrective actions.
• Promote sustainable supplier improvement through data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Quality and Operations to meet ADI quality standards.
• Support MRB reviews and customer feedback containment.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
