Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Engineering, Science, or an equivalent discipline.
• 7 to 10+ years of experience in supplier quality, semiconductor manufacturing, assembly and test, process engineering, product quality, or manufacturing quality.
• Strong knowledge of structured problem solving, root-cause analysis, 8D, 5-Why, corrective and preventive actions.
• Experience with supplier audits, MRB reviews, and change management.
• Proficient in spoken and written English; effective communication with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the quality performance of Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) suppliers and ensure adherence to ADI quality requirements.

The role ensures that suppliers meet ADI's quality requirements, manufacturing standards, and applicable customer-specific requirements while supporting the organization’s goal of delivering high-quality products to customers.The Engineer serves as the primary quality contact for the assigned suppliers. The role requires close collaboration with ADI's Engineering, Customer Quality, Failure Analysis, Reliability, Operations, Planning, and other cross-functional teams. The Engineer will also provide technical engineering support for customer feedback complaints, containment of nonconforming material, and take part in ADI internal MRB review.
