Job summary

Lam Research Kulim is seeking a Supplier MRB QA Engineer to oversee supplier-related nonconforming quality issues and manage MRB activities across machining, molding, stamping, PCB assembly and electronics. You will safeguard product quality, ensure production continuity, and coordinate containment and corrective actions with supplier teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science required.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, supplier engineering, operations, or quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in MRB operations and supplier quality.
• Excellent communication and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier-related nonconforming quality issues per MRB.
• Lead MRB reviews with supplier engineers and manufacturing teams.
• Initiate containment actions and provide timely updates.
• Drive overdue MRB records to closure through proactive follow-up.
• Coordinate technical investigations, supplier rework, and inspections.
• Analyze recurring defects and implement corrective actions.
• Develop process improvements to enhance MRB efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives engaging multiple organizational levels.
