Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with Power Systems.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical infrastructure projects.
• Direct experience in TNB grid development is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, motivation and delivery focus.
• Interpersonal, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with TNB standards, authority procedures and safety compliance.
• Malaysian citizen only.
• Available to start immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, execute and monitor overall progress of TNB substation projects, including electrical and civil works, from project commencement to completion.
• Lead and manage project engineers and site teams to meet timeline, budget and quality standards.
• Monitor site progress, team performance and work efficiency per project specs and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with TNB, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Supervise subcontractors and suppliers to meet project requirements.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly with timely decisions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project reports and site documentation.
