Genesis is seeking an experienced Subsea Structural Engineer to lead design teams and ensure technical compliance for offshore projects in Malaysia. You will perform FEED and detailed design for offshore/subsea structures, with expertise in SACS, ABAQUS and Orcaflex.

Responsibilities include coordinating interfaces, managing scope changes, and mentoring junior engineers while delivering high-quality engineering outputs on schedule.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience in subsea/ offshore design and FEED activities.
• Experience with SACS or similar software for offshore structure design.
• Proficiency in ABAQUS or similar finite element analysis tools.

Responsabilités

• Supervise design teams and manage interfaces across disciplines and clients.
• Ensure technical compliance, quality and on-time delivery of engineering deliverables.
• Perform FEED and Detailed Design for offshore/subsea structures.
• Conduct linear and non-linear finite element analyses and dynamic analysis with Orcaflex.
• Develop in-house design tools and support safety and quality initiatives.
