Job summary
CSP Consultancy (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead technical design, analysis, and successful completion of diverse building and infrastructure projects. You will oversee projects from concept through construction, ensuring safety, code compliance, and structural integrity while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
The role requires mentoring junior engineers, supervising site activities, reviewing drawings, and maintaining client relations to deliver
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and 5+ years in an engineering consultancy.
- Experience with high/low rise buildings and industrial projects.
- Familiarity with British/Malaysian codes, Eurocodes and BIM standards.
- Proficiency in CAD and structural analysis software.
Responsibilities
- Lead structural design from concept through detailed analysis.
- Perform calculations, review drawings and reports to meet specs.
- Supervise junior engineers and drafting personnel.
- On-site quality control and design reviews, attending meetings.
- Manage client relations and project communications.
