Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Malaysia is seeking an experienced strategy consultant to lead deals across the lifecycle, with a focus on Commercial Due Diligence. You will shape growth strategies, transformation programs, and operating model redesign for C-suite clients, including private equity portfolios.

You will own end-to-end project management, mentor juniors, develop business opportunities, and present to senior executives.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to generate insights from data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior executives.
• Demonstrated leadership in delivering complex projects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects across the deal lifecycle with emphasis on Commercial Due Diligence (CDD).
• Develop performance improvement and exit readiness strategies.
• Deliver strategy and transformation programs at C-suite level, incl. growth, go-to-market, digital transformation, and operating model redesign.
• Own end-to-end project management: planning, staffing, execution, stakeholder management, budget and profitability.
• Drive business development with proposals, client presentations, and PE/portfolio relationships.
• Provide team leadership and mentoring to junior consultants.
