Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in strategy, with focus on M&A, corporate strategy and market entry.
• Experience in M&A Strategy, Corporate Strategy, Market Entry and post-merger work.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; comfortable presenting to C‑suite.
• Strategic thinker with drive to deliver high‑quality client work.
• Excellent written communications across diverse contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver strategy projects for clients, guiding teams to successful outcomes.
• Contribute to commercial due diligence, business plan validation and benchmarking.
• Support target search and screen, synergy assessment and strategic roadmaps.
• Engage with senior-level clients and communicate findings clearly.
