Job summary

EY in Malaysia seeks a Senior Associate for Transformation Architecture to help clients solve enterprise-wide strategic and operational issues by formulating initiatives, redesigning organisations and improving performance. You will lead client engagements, interview clients, outline project approaches and draft proposals.

You will have a bachelor’s or master’s degree with 4+ years in business consulting, with experience in strategy, organisation design and large transformation programs.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree with a minimum 4 years working experience.
• Experience in strategy formulation, planning, organisation design and transformation.
• Experience managing large complex transformation projects and engaging management-level clients.

Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy: develop multi-year growth options and strategic recommendations.
• Strategic Planning: design sustainable processes for long-range investment planning.
• Operating model design and cost reduction across the enterprise.
• Value driver-based decision support and translation into planning and reporting.
• Develop and drive account-planning, sales and delivery of service offerings.
