Job summary

Collaborating with QA, Operations and Marketing, you will manage tenders, RFQs and supplier negotiations, drive cost improvements, and deliver monthly procurement reports to the Head of Procurement/Head of Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years in strategic or operational procurement.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms.
• Vendor management and supplier coordination experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
• Experience implementing SOPs and driving procurement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure direct materials for KFC, Pizza Hut, and brands.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Expand supplier base through new and alternative sources.
• Collaborate with QA, Operations, and Marketing to align needs.
• Engage suppliers on specs, quotations, negotiations, and docs.
• Handle tenders, RFQs, RFPs, and quotation processes.
• Ensure Halal and Food Safety compliance of materials.
• Coordinate with Legal on agreements and compliance.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and risk mitigation.
• Produce monthly procurement KPIs and supplier performance reports.
