Job summary

Randstad Malaysia, a leading global medical technology corporation, is seeking a Senior Strategic Planning Manager to align global supply chain strategies with regional and divisional partners across the business in Penang.

In this role you will lead site selection assessments for technology rollouts and product launches, develop strategic processes and metrics, partner with global sourcing and manufacturing to drive network optimization, and analyze data to guide capital investment decisions

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of cross-functional experience across manufacturing sites or divisional supply chain operations.
• Background in global supply chain network optimization, strategic planning, and project management.
• Strong financial acumen alongside practical experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
• High proficiency in English with clear communication across multi-level stakeholder networks.
• Bachelor degree in engineering, science or related technical discipline.

Responsibilities
