Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to design and deliver learning solutions across client projects in a global, collaborative environment. You will drive curriculum development, create detailed content outlines, and mentor instructional designers while aligning with client needs and industry standards.

The role emphasizes learner-centric design, strong communication, and the use of industry-standard tools to deliver high-quality training experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in any specialization.
• 6+ years of proven experience in content development and instructional designing.
• Experience in developing, reviewing and delivering different training modalities: ILT, Web-Based Training, simulations, job aids, quick reference guides.
• Experience in leading and coaching small teams independently.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the client team to understand the business problem, identify the solution approach and work through the design, development, and delivery phases.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis to develop the training curriculum.
• Develop high-quality and detailed content outlines as per the curriculum.
• Design standards, guidelines, templates, and checklists for the proposed learning solution.
• Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to design and develop training deliverables.
• Review training deliverables to ensure quality as per project parameters and industry standards.
• Identify and share risks with Project Leads/Functional Manager for mitigation and alternatives.
• Coach instructional designers and content developers for instructor development workshops.
• Provide clear feedback to the team to develop instructional design skills.
• Identify opportunities to implement new and innovative learning strategies.
