Job summary

Accenture is seeking a talented Content Developer/Instructional Designer to join our Talent & Organization practice. You will design and develop high‑quality training content, analyze needs, and collaborate across client teams to deliver impactful solutions.

You will coach small teams, apply industry best practices, and leverage rapid authoring tools to create instructor‑led and web‑based trainings, simulations, and job aids. A strong business sense and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of proven experience in content development and instructional designing.
• Experience developing, reviewing and delivering Training modalities: ILT, WBT, simulations, job aids, quick reference guides.
• Experience leading and coaching small teams independently.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client teams to understand problems and drive design, development and delivery.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis to develop curricula.
• Design standards, templates and checklists for learning solutions.
• Coach designers to prepare materials for instructor development workshops.
• Provide feedback to improve instructional design skills.

As a part of our high-impact Talent & Organization / human potential team, you will help drive the following:

• Collaborate with the client team to understand the business problem, identify the solution approach and work through the design, development, and delivery phases.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis to develop the training curriculum.
• Develop high-quality and detailed content outlines as per the curriculum.
• Design standards, guidelines, templates, and checklists for the proposed learning solution.
• Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to design and develop relevant and effective training deliverables.
• Review training deliverables to ensure that the deliverable quality is as per the project quality parameters and industry standards.
• Identify and share the risks with the Project Leads/Functional Manager to discuss possible solutions/mitigations/alternatives.
• Coach instructional designers and content developers to prepare materials for instructor development workshops.
• Provide clear and effective feedback to team with the intent to develop their instructional design skills.
• Identify opportunities to implement new and innovative learning strategies into the solution.
• Leverage proficiency in instructional design, research and information gathering, content analysis, content design, knowledge of latest trends in the learning industry.
• Apply strong knowledge in industry standard design/rapid authoring tools such as Articulate/Captivate/ Lectora/ Camtasia/ SAP Enable Now/WalkMe and be comfortable with client proprietary authoring tools.
• Be well‑versed with the technical functionalities and limitations of these tools.
• Work in a problem‑solving global environment with Cross cultural competence.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and writing skills with a strong business acumen.

Your experience counts! Graduate/Postgraduate in any specialization, preferably Journalism / Mass Communication / English Literature /Advertising / Public Relations.

• Desired work experience: 6+years of proven experience in content development and instructional designing.
• Extensive experience in developing, reviewing and delivering different training modalities like Instructor‑Led Trainings, Web‑Based Trainings, application simulations, job aids, and quick reference guides.
• Experience in leading and coaching small teams independently.
