Job summary

Baker Hughes in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Statutory Analyst to lead external audit liaison and ensure compliance with IFRS and local statutory standards. You will work with cross-functional teams to review financial statements and coordinate audit requests.

You will apply IFRS and local standards, support planning and fieldwork, and maintain timely statutory filings while building strong relationships with external and internal auditors.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACCA or CIMA designation.
• Experience planning and executing external audits.
• Knowledge of IFRS and local statutory standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning audits, conduct fieldwork, and draft audit reports.
• Apply IFRS and local statutory standards across filings.
• Manage relationships with external/internal auditors for compliance.
