Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years in software development/engineering (semiconductor or factory-ops environment preferred).
• Strong software engineering fundamentals across Windows & Linux; Python and C/C++ among core languages.
• Hands-on factory-automation/equipment-integration experience; MES integration and SECS/GEM connectivity.
• Containerization/deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Build & maintain custom software tools and automation for Operations Engineering and the manufacturing floor.
• Integrate shop-floor equipment and MES via SECS/GEM to enable connectivity, tool control, and real-time monitoring.
• Develop & deploy containerized applications (Docker/Kubernetes) linking operations systems and PMO workflows.
• Drive projects from initiation through delivery; manage scope, schedule, risk, and resources with stakeholders across functions.
• Define and improve engineering and project-management processes and standards.
