Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG is seeking a seasoned professional in Malacca City to lead Production Logistics Planning. The role involves accountabilities from assembly to testing for all modules, ensuring demand targets are met, and fostering a high-performance culture within the logistics team.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Supply Chain or a related field, extensive planning experience, and be able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels. Experience in semiconductor planning is essential for this position.

Job description

Accountable and responsible for the overall end-to-end Production Logistics Planning process (from Assembly to Test) for all modules at Site MAL.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for the capacity ramp-up of dedicated modules in the Melaka plant to meet the company’s Demand-to-Revenue (DtR) targets and support division revenue growth.
• Close collaboration with OP, FIN, QM, and IE teams to ensure delivery stability, commitment, and balancing, while meeting the company’s KPIs.
• Close collaboration with multiple sites to ensure effective and efficient WIP flow management within and across sites (SIN/BAT/BKK/OSAT).
• Provide leadership and management to the Production Logistics Planning team to achieve the company’s operational excellence goals with a high-performance culture and behavior.
• Drive continuous improvement of existing and newly implemented tools, methods, and processes, while harmonizing and standardizing PC Planning tools and systems.
• Provide and align with DIVs/Operations on an execution model to support the next 26 weeks’ demand scenario.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, with more than 10 years of experience in planning roles and over 5 years of team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, solid semiconductor planning experience, and proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English with confident presentation skills, and able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to lead multi-level planning teams to meet organizational expectations and KPIs.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects to drive overall productivity and profitable growth.
