Qualifications

• More than 10 years of experience in planning roles.
• Over 5 years of team leadership experience.
• Solid semiconductor planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for capacity ramp-up of modules in the Melaka plant.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure delivery stability and KPI achievement.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning tools and processes.

Strong knowledge of supply chain processes
