Infineon Technologies (Kulim) Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly experienced professional to lead yield and quality improvement programs within PMX Lots' assessment and disposition, ensuring products meet Infineon's stringent quality and reliability standards. You will collaborate across teams to drive robust solutions.
You will provide fast feedback to production lines on deviations, identify root causes in product, technology or process margins, and coordinate with PI/UPS to implement corrective
Lead yield and quality improvement programs within PMX Lots' assessment & disposition to ensure quality of products delivered to customers meet Infineon's quality and reliability standards. Provide fast feedback to production line in case of deviation, identify product, technology, or process margin related problems, and work with PI/UPS to resolve them. Support new product releases, technology transfer projects and ramp up production of new technologies.
Initiate/lead yield and quality improvement programs within PMX Lots' assessment & disposition to ensure quality of products delivered to customers meet Infineon's quality and reliability standard
Fast feedback to production line in case of deviation, problem identification and fast feedback Identify product or technology, or process margin related problem and work with PI/UPS to resolve
Support new product releases, technology transfer projects and ramp up production of new technologies -To monitor and work with PI/UPS to ensure stability of product parameters
Support Production tools releases (PCRB) Lead/support Technology Synchronization
Support technology FMEA Deviation management -Fast feedback to production in deviation with accurate analysis and conclusion
Lead FEBE interface on yield, quality and reliability improvement topics within PMX group
Provide expert knowledge on risk assessment on product quality and reliability (MRB)
Knowledge exchange (IFX) and knowledge transfers within IFKM -Be able to provide support or leadership for cross technology group projects
Degree in Microelectronics/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Science in Physics/Chemistry/Material Science or any related field
Semiconductor years of experience >5 years
Good interpersonal and effective communication skills.
Good presentation skills with strong problem-solving skill.
Able to apply various problem solving approach and lead the team
Able to perform under a fast paced and challenging environment.
Willing to stretch extra miles to achieve overall organizational goals.
Preference will be given to candidates with strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics (e.g. pn junction diode, MOSFET, BJTs etc.)And wafer fabrication techniques and processes (e.g. diffusion, ion implantation, etching, photolithography, thin film deposition etc.)
