ams OSRAM is seeking a seasoned manufacturing leader for wafer fabrication with a strong track record in yield improvement and productivity. You will drive KPI performance, lead continuous improvement across the fab, and collaborate with Process, Equipment, Quality, Planning and IE teams to optimize operations.

You will mentor engineers and production leaders while advancing technology transfer, ramp-ups, and capacity expansion in a hybrid work setup.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of semiconductor wafer fabrication experience.
• Experience in Micro LED, LED, GaN, compound semiconductor or advanced display manufacturing preferred.
• Hands-on experience in 8-inch wafer fab manufacturing.
• Proven track record in yield improvement, cycle time reduction and productivity.

Your new responsibilities

• Coach and develop engineers, manufacturing specialists, and production leadership teams
• Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Who we are looking for

• Candidate must have Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of semiconductor wafer fabrication experience.
• Experience in Micro LED, LED, GaN, compound semiconductor, or advanced display manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience in 8-inch wafer fab manufacturing.
• Proven track record in yield improvement, cycle time reduction, productivity enhancement, and manufacturing excellence.
