Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of Front-of-Line (FOL) equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOL equipment maintenance strategies and execution to ensure safety, reliability, availability and quality through preventive maintenance and CI initiatives.
• Lead maintenance operations, troubleshoot recurring equipment issues and drive downtime reduction while ensuring safety and environmental compliance.
• Plan and schedule maintenance comprehensively to keep FOL equipment safe, available and performing with high reliability and quality.
• Investigate and implement counter-measures to prevent repetitive breakdowns and reduce unscheduled downtime.
• Manage systematic FOL equipment maintenance activities and personnel to achieve best equipment efficiency and cost.
• Conduct weekly 5S audits on equipment and maintenance areas.
