Job summary

Infineon Technologies in Kulim, Malaysia is seeking an Engineer Maintenance to ensure reliable operation of our manufacturing equipment. You will troubleshoot, repair, and implement corrective and preventive actions to maximize uptime and support OEE targets.

Bachelor degree in Mechatronics or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
Experience in electrical troubleshooting.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Hands-on troubleshoot and repair equipment failures, implement corrective actions and preventive actions.
Recommend solutions to moderate problems with information.
Contribute to continuous improvement programs to improve Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) in terms of speed, cost and quality.
Meet or exceed KPIs for equipment availability, reliability, cost and yield.
Read electrical schematics, sketching, design and modification if needed.
Prepare reports and presentations.
