Qualifications

• 8+ years in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on knowledge in assembly processes.
• Experience with statistical analysis and DOE.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new processes for products and packages to meet quality and manufacturability targets.
• Establish and implement robust process controls for high-quality, reliable outputs.
• Lead or support technical handshakes and knowledge transfer to operations and prototyping.
• Provide inputs for Process of Record, PFMEA/DFMEA, and related documents for development projects.
