Job summary

F5, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer in Kuala Lumpur. You will drive technical strategy, design complex integrated solutions, and guide customers through proof-of-concepts and architectures. The role requires deep product knowledge, leadership, and collaboration across sales teams.

You will mentor peers, engage with strategic clients at the executive level, and align solutions with long-term business goals in a hybrid work environment in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of pre-sales IT experience including networking, application delivery, security, cloud and SaaS.
• Subject matter expert with cross-functional influence and leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Web protocols, architectures and PKI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technical strategies supporting sales objectives.
• Lead the design of highly complex integrated solutions for strategic clients.
• Mentor other solutions engineers on technical and strategic issues.
• Engage with executives to understand long-term goals and align solutions.
