Job summary

Grabber Technology Solutions (GTS) is seeking a Senior Solution Specialist, People Systems to enhance Workday solutions across Compensation and Core HCM. You will act as the subject matter expert and partner with teams to resolve system and process issues.

Based onsite at the Petaling Jaya office, you will drive improvements, configure and secure Workday modules, and contribute to automation initiatives while delivering scalable People Systems solutions.

Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter expert for Compensation and Core HCM processes and solutions
• Support change requests, enhancements, and issue resolution across Workday modules
• Perform configuration, security management, and complex report configuration
• Manage system life cycles by assisting in the review, testing, and implementation of new features, fixes, and releases
• Partner with other teams to gather requirements, identify gaps, and recommend solutions that meet our needs
• Drive process improvement and innovative solutions, identifying opportunities for automation to enhance organizational efficiency
• Develop user procedures, guidelines, documentation, and training to ensure adoption of new processes and functionality

Get to know the Role

We are looking for a Senior Solution Specialist, People Systems to enhance Workday solutions across Compensation and Core HCM. You will be the subject matter expert for these areas, partner with teams to solve system and process issues, and help deliver scalable, People Systems solutions. This role is ideal for someone with strong Workday functional knowledge, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to support continuous improvement across People processes.

This role will be reporting to the Solution Manager II, People Systems and will be based onsite at our Petaling Jaya office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform:

• Be the subject matter expert for Compensation and Core HCM processes and solutions
• Support change requests, enhancements, and issue resolution across Workday modules
• Perform essential system administration functions, including configuration, security management, complex report configuration, and bulk data processing.
• Manage system life cycles by assisting in the review, testing, and implementation of new features, fixes, and releases.
• Partner with other teams to gather requirements, identify gaps, and recommend solutions that meet our needs.
• Drive process improvement and innovative solutions, identifying opportunities for automation to enhance organizational efficiency.
• Develop user procedures, guidelines, documentation, and training to ensure adoption of new processes and functionality.
