Job summary

User Experience Researchers Pte Ltd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to architect and deliver scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot, while building rich web applications with Angular and TypeScript.

You will own end-to-end components, collaborate across teams in Agile ceremonies, mentor junior developers, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Agile teams with exposure to leadership or mentorship.
• Working knowledge of asynchronous messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch, Kibana, Grafana, ELK stack.
• Performance tuning skills across API, database, and front-end layers.
• Experience using modern engineering AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, code assistants).
• Exposure to agentic AI concepts (LLM-based automation, n8n, RAG frameworks) is a plus.
