• Experience in content planning, social media operations, and online community engagement.
• Basic analytical skills to interpret social media performance data.
• Proactive, accountable and highly responsive in stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and manage social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Respond to comments, DMs, enquiries, and reviews professionally and timely.
• Monitor online reviews and feedback; escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain master social media content calendar for accurate publishing.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for content readiness and alignment with campaigns.
• Track and analyze engagement, reach, impressions, and audience growth.
• Prepare monthly reports and dashboards with insights and recommendations.
• Identify audience trends and opportunities to boost digital presence and brand awareness.
