Job summary

Kaifa Technology (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced maintenance professional in Penang to oversee SMT equipment, including NXT repair and spare parts management. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years NXT maintenance experience.
• Minimum 3 years MPM maintenance experience.
• Able to independently repair NXT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain one SMT soldering machine.
• Manage daily spare parts usage for the equipment.
• Conduct fault analysis and implement preventive improvements.
• Control material input and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide team leadership over a skilled workforce.
• Perform simple data analysis on daily equipment data.

Job description

1. Proficient in operating one type of surface mount technology (SMT) soldering machine and capable of independently responsible for maintaining the equipment under one's own supervision. Possess the ability to independently repair NXT equipment.

2. Responsible for managing the daily usage of spare parts for the equipment under one's own supervision and capable of conducting simple fault analysis for damaged spare parts.

3. Able to conduct fault analysis for the equipment under one's own responsibility, propose effective preventive and improvement measures, and implement them.

4. Capable of effectively controlling the material input and other aspects of the equipment under one's own supervision and able to continuously improve.

5. Possess the team management ability to lead a skilled workforce.

6. Capable of conducting simple data analysis related to the equipment using daily data.

1. At least 5 years NXT maintenance experience

2. At least 3 years MPM maintenance experience
