Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking a detail-oriented professional to complete monthly loan review templates in line with the Loan Review Policy and ensure timely submission to Credit Policy & Scoring.

You will monitor loan covenants, oversee SCR and Full Review submissions to prevent Expired Limit Extension, and guide SME Associates on review matters. The role includes preparing process guidance and supporting training in a busy banking environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field is required.
• General economic and accounting understanding is preferred.
• Basic understanding in business credit.
• At least 2 years administrative experience in banking.

Responsibilities

• Complete monthly loan review template per policy.
• Monitor compliance of loan covenants and conditions.
• Monitor and report SCR and Full Review to avoid ELE.
• Timely submission in case of ELE is required.
• Guide SME Associates and support on review related matters.
• Provide list of loan portfolio paid down, site visit frequency.
• Prepare process flow / guidance to SME Associates.
• Screening for pre-approved suppliers/customers.
