Senior Documentation Specialist – Corporate Lending

Job summary

AmBank Group is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage corporate loan documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role covers drafting and processing loan agreements and security documents, while coordinating with Business Partners and Relationship Managers to resolve queries and meet SLA targets.

You will also monitor reports for management, train new joiners on BAU documentation activities, and continuously seek improvements to shorten

Qualifications

• A recognized Degree in Banking, Accounting, Economic, Business Administration, Finance, Law or equivalent.
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in Letter of offer / documentation / disbursement in Corporate Lending/ Credit Administration
• Working knowledge in computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Responsibilities

• Execute and process corporate loan agreements, security documents and other related financial documents to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Proactively follow up with Business Partners/Relationship Manager to gather necessary information and resolve documentation-related issues/queries.
• Provide timely response to Business Partners/Relationship Manager on the status of the case to ensure SLA is met.
• Check and update various reports/internal tracking sheets for management reporting.
• Provide guidance and train new joiner to familiar with the BAU activities of documentation.
• Continuously seek improvement to shorten processing time and aiming for efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure proper handling of loan documentation in conformity with data confidentiality and integrity.
• Escalate incidents promptly to supervisor to ensure timely incident reporting.
