Job summary

• Supervise and monitor architectural subcontractors and ensure timely execution of work.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and material submittals for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections to check work quality, safety and progress.
• Ensure construction is carried out according to approved plans and authority regulations.
• Manage architectural detailing finishing works and material selection.
• Monitor defect rectification and quality control of architectural finishes.
