Job summary

Aurecon Malaysia is seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to join our Transport, Land, & Water team. You will supervise on-site activities, ensure safety, schedule, and quality, and work with contractors to bring projects to life.

The role requires a Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or Technology, at least 15 years of earthworks/infrastructure experience, and strong English and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or Technology.
• At least 15 years of experience in earthworks and infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good multitasking, prioritising and organisational skills.
• Competency in written and spoken English.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site operations to ensure safety, schedule and quality.
• Coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors and authorities.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Ensure documentation is up to date and organized.
• Attend site and technical meetings and assist RE.
• Carry out QC inspections as required.
