Bhd. is looking for a skilled Signal Integrity & Power Integrity (SI/PI) Engineer with extensive experience to lead designs across high-speed interconnects. You will be involved in delivering comprehensive SI/PI solutions, ensuring performance and reliability in complex platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in simulation tools such as ANSYS HFSS and Cadence Sigrity. This role is based in Penang, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Signal Integrity and Power Integrity engineering.
• Deep expertise in high-speed digital interfaces and power delivery network behavior.
• Strong analytical skills to validate simulation, design, and measurement data.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end signal and power integrity design for IC packages and development kit hardware.
• Define best-in-class SI/PI simulation methodologies to improve product quality.
• Diagnose and resolve complex system-level SI/PI challenges.
