Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced SimCorp Dimension specialist to lead support, maintenance, and optimization of the SCD platform in a hybrid work model in Malaysia. You will resolve complex incidents, ensure production stability, and drive process improvements while mentoring junior team members.

The role requires deep expertise in financial services environments, strong problem-solving skills, and proactive collaboration with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience with SimCorp Dimension.
• Proven experience supporting and maintaining enterprise-level SimCorp Dimension environments.
• Strong background in application support, incident management, and production operations.
• Experience in investment management, asset management, banking, insurance, or financial services environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the support, maintenance, and optimization of the SimCorp Dimension platform.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application and batch processing incidents.
• Ensure stability, availability, and performance of production environments.
• Monitor system operations and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Provide advanced technical and functional support to business users and stakeholders.
• Manage user authorization and access controls in governance standards.
• Coordinate issues with internal teams and external vendors when required.
• Participate in enhancements, configuration changes, and deployment activities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and test data.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and release management activities.
• Drive continuous improvement for operational efficiency and reliability.
• Act as SME for SimCorp Dimension and mentor junior team members where applicable.
