Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO seeks an experienced Shared Services Leader to design and deliver the vision of the organization, driving continual improvements and supporting regional back-office operations. The role emphasizes coaching, process optimization, and collaboration with RBO teams to meet key KPIs.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of people management, strong English fluency, and a bachelor’s degree. SAP order processing experience and finance/SCM understanding are valued assets.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver the shared services organization’s vision.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve processes and execution.
• Lead change and people by coaching and motivating employees.
• Oversee operational systems, processes and infrastructure for improvement.
• Collaborate with RBO team leaders to meet daily/quarterly goals.
