Job summary

RAPP Kuala Lumpur is seeking an SFMC Developer to design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions on-site. The role focuses on enhancing email-related journeys, data configurations, and powerful automations within the SFMC ecosystem.

You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions, build scripts and APIs, and ensure optimal performance and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders, especially Email Studio and Journey Builder.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and API integrations for SFMC.
• Ability to design customer journeys and data models with client input.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement SFMC solutions focused on email journeys.
• Develop scripts, triggers and APIs to enhance marketing automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Stay current with Salesforce Marketing Cloud developments and tools.
• Document solutions and provide client-ready explanations.
