Job summary

Starhub Ltd in Petaling Jaya (Malaysia) seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong DevOps expertise, CPQ exposure, and willingness to work in a rotational support model. You will build scalable Salesforce solutions, manage deployments through CI/CD pipelines, and maintain production stability.

You will design and implement solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce, configure CPQ, and lead full SDLC activities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration (Flows, Validation Rules, Process Automation).
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices (Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments).
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
• Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, and performance optimization.
• Ability to support production systems in a rotational shift model.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce.
• Work on Salesforce CPQ configurations, customization, and enhancements (pricing, quoting, product rules).
• Lead full software development lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Implement and maintain DevOps practices including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Perform integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance.
• Provide L2/L3 production support on a rotational basis, including incident resolution and root cause analysis.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical leadership.

• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
• Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and performance optimization
• Ability to support production systems in a rotational shift model

Good to Have

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (product configuration, pricing rules, quote lifecycle)
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, CPQ Specialist, App Builder)
• Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX)
• Exposure to telecom domain (preferred for StarHub)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
