Job summary

Cognicore Outsourcing Service is seeking an experienced Senior SEO Executive to lead our SEO strategy and execution across our website portfolio. You will mentor junior team members and coordinate with other departments to drive measurable organic growth.

The role requires hands-on expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, plus the ability to set best practices and stay ahead of algorithm updates.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in SEO with a track record of delivering measurable growth.
• Proficient across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO."
• Ability to mentor and guide junior team members and coordinate with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor junior SEO team members — reviewing their work, providing feedback, and helping them develop their skills.
• Drive on-page SEO initiatives: keyword strategy, content optimization, meta tags, header structure, and internal linking.
• Work closely with the off-page SEO team on backlink strategy, outreach, and domain authority building.
• Own technical SEO improvements: site speed optimization, structured data/schema markup, crawling and indexing fixes, and site architecture recommendations.
• Work with Web Developers to set up, launch, and ensure new websites are fully live, crawlable, and properly indexed by search engines.
• Track and analyze performance via Google Analytics and Search Console, staying ahead of algorithm updates and competitor moves to guide strategy.
