Qualifications

• Minimum 7–9 years in digital media with 6+ years in SEO and digital project management.
• Leadership experience managing a team.
• Experience scoping projects, forecasting, and driving process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and make rapid decisions.
• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Strong leadership and people management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze search data to provide insights and drive SEO strategy.
• Lead a team on cutting-edge search technology and client campaigns.
• Present SEO capabilities and best practices to clients and internal teams.
• Develop and present proposals and tactics to clients; coordinate with Managers.
• Lead process improvement initiatives across projects.
• Oversee scopes of work including SEO; ensure accuracy of deliverables.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers on timelines and staffing needs.
• Develop and retain high-quality talent within the team.
