Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corporation is seeking a Senior Product & Test Engineer to lead production readiness and sustain final test operations. You will drive data-based yield improvements, reliability, and cost optimization while collaborating with Product Groups, manufacturing, quality, and global engineering teams.

The role requires deep test-system knowledge and the ability to translate complex data into actionable improvements, ensuring robust test programs and reliable customer delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in semiconductor test manufacturing, product engineering, or test engineering in high-volume fabs.
• Hands-on experience with major semiconductor test systems such as Advantest V93000, Teradyne J750, NI/PT, HP660/83K/93K or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the introduction and qualification of new semiconductor products from development through ramp-up to high-volume manufacturing.
• Provide technical ownership and support for final test operations, including yield monitoring, failure analysis, and root-cause investigation.
