Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 3 years of experience in High Volume Semiconductor Manufacturing environment, preferably in Test Product Engineering, Test Engineering or Product Engineering.
• Strong understanding of product knowledge & test methodology of analog/digital/power product, failure analysis, reliability test, RCA.
• Proficiency in statistical data analysis tools (JMP, Spotfire, etc.).
• Strong communication skills to interact with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Review and disposition on low-yield production lots and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Work closely with test engineering, assembly, quality, internal factory and OSAT to resolve issues efficiently and ensure smooth production flow.
• Execute day-to-day sustaining activities to improve overall lot rejection rate, hold rate, and sustain SYL/SBL.
• Qualification and validation of new products, tester platform migration and various engineering activities.
• Gross Margin Improvement Initiatives (Yield improvement, etc.).
• System integration.
