Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a skilled supervisor to lead a technical support team in maintenance and production, ensuring test processes meet customer specifications. You will liaise with Production & QA, supervise engineers and technicians, verify board configurations, and monitor the computerized test system for reliable operation.

English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin fluency is required. High analytical skills in problem solving and a proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

Degree in Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Technical Discipline.
5-7 years of related experience in production and operations.
Experience in semiconductor testing/subcon field is preferable.
MS skills and AI advantage are required.
Analytical mind with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin for China customers.

Responsibilities

Supervise a team in providing technical support in maintenance and production tests to meet customer specs.
Liaise with Production & QA on test process requirements to guide machine maintenance.
Supervise engineers and technicians in Maintenance and provide technical support to production.
Liaise with customers on technical issues and prepare board modifications.
Verify new board configurations from customers and drive improvements in test processes.
Monitor the computerized test system to ensure it functions reliably.
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
