Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an engineer to oversee machineries installation and testing, handling daily technical issues and production troubleshooting. You will update project documents, train production staff, and support on-site service for customers, coordinating RFQ responses and ECN/ECO changes.

The role requires a diploma or higher, at least 5 years in a similar field, strong leadership and ISO knowledge, and solid mechanical engineering foundations to meet customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or above.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in similar field/position.
• Excellent leadership, communication skill and managerial skill.
• Good ISO knowledge and mechanical engineering knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Work across project activities for completion of machineries installation and testing, with responsibility for daily operation of technical issues and troubleshooting problems that occur at production.
• Update new project/product documentations.
• Troubleshooting issues occur at production.
• Provide training & technical advice to production associates for new projects.
• Perform testing and commissioning of the projects.
• Support customers on site technical service.
• Respond to RFQ on technical and ECN/ECO from customers, and coordinate with internal personnel for execution.
• Communicates project status and technical needs with senior management.
• Develops production team member technical skills to ensure customer specifications are met.
