The role emphasizes risk assessment, business continuity, and resilience, with collaboration from Legal, HR, and external partners to safeguard operations and maintain secure, compliant facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 9+ years in corporate security or related area.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Thorough knowledge of security systems and software.
• Familiarity with Flex business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute security programs across physical, asset, travel, information security, and protective services.
• Manage security programs for assigned sites; publish threat assessments and security surveys.
• Identify and maintain security processes to mitigate risks across information, financial, physical, and personnel aspects.
• Investigate incidents including burglary, theft, in-transit shortages, and misuse.
• Collaborate with Legal and HR for due diligence investigations.
• Manage fraud, waste and abuse reporting and reward program.
• Build partnerships with site teams, customers, and law enforcement for secure operations.
• Lead site crisis management and resiliency programs.
